职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. Assists the Director of Sales Marketing in the development of Public Relations and Promotion plans and in budget preparation.
协助市场销售总监开发公关促销计划及制作预算。
2. Supervisors the Public Relations department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
管理公关部保证每天的工作及时地完成。
3. Communicates and submits appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
与各种营销渠道及组织沟通并提供合适的材料以确保他们有足够的资料促销酒店的服务。
4. Co-ordinates various media and marketing activities and events.
与各种不同的媒体合作,参加各种营销计划及大型活动。
5. Co-ordinates press releases as required of hotel events and new staff.
发布酒店重大事件和入职新员工的新闻。
6. Liaises with advertising and public relation agencies.
建立,保持与广告商和公共关系组织的关系。
7. Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.
在本地市场内,通过参加各种营销活动,树立饭店的形象。
8. Oversees and coordinates hotel photography when required.

9. Maintains the image of the Hotel and the Brand.

10. Monitors and ensures complete awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.

11. Plans and coordinates all sponsorship activities.

12. Takes part in the preparation and planning of department / unit / outlet goals and objectives.

14. Takes ownership by developing, executing and following up on the hotel's public relations and advertising schedules.

15. Organizes promotional events, including invitations to the media, local VIP's, corporate accounts, clients, travel agents and other related guests.
在销售总监的指导下,组织活动包括邀请媒体,本地重要人物,公司客户,旅行社和其他相关客人。
16. Works effectively in a team.

17. Abides by the hotel Code of Conduct.

18. Abides by the Hotel Handbook.

19. Abides by both the hotel and Marriott police and procedures.

【岗位要求】
1. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
在责任范围内掌握领导才能和所有工作任务的知识。
2. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
掌握并具有互联网及其它主要电脑软件方面的知识和经验。
3. Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
能够使用销售和前厅部电脑系统。
4. Knowledge in e-commerce, mass communication, creative graphic design, innovative copy writing, and editing. Knowledge of local & international market.
了解电子商务、大众传播、平面创意设计和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力,对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解。
5. Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular publishing software.
良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软视窗98以上操作系统、微软办公室97或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。
6. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。
7. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
独立工作以及在压力下工作的能力。
