职位描述
【岗位职责】
1.Responsible for the Housekeeping department.
负责管家部工作。
2.Supervise and control all Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
根据酒店经营计划,制定人力资源政策。
3.Ensure provision of Housekeeping services:
保证客房部的服务。
4.Assist the Executive Housekeeper in interviewing applicants and recommend appropriate personnel to the Assistant Director of Rooms for employment. Ensure that only qualified staffs are hired in the department
协助行政管家面试前应聘的员工,确保录用高质量的员工。
5.Supervise and check daily staffing schedule and work assignments prepared by the Head Floor . Ensure all areas are properly manned.
管理和检查每天楼层经理准备的人员安排和工作安排,确保每个区域有足够人手。
6.Check work and vacation schedules do not fall short when hotel is expecting high occupancy.
检查工作和休假计划,确保酒店在高入住率时不要缺少人手。
7.Foster better coordination and harmonious effective communication in the housekeeping department with other department.
和其他部门之间保持良好的沟通和协调。
8.Ensure assigned areas are clean and maintained up to hotel’s standards:
保证被分配的区域干净和达到酒店的标准。
9.Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel for security, cleanliness and maintenance purpose. Note down observations from those areas regarding cleaning procedures, repair orders and maintenance defects. Do necessary follow up and initiate appropriate action immediately.
实施日常的酒店检查、清洁、安全、和维护,并且记录不足之处,填写维修单,做好跟进工作并立刻行动。
10.Spot check “turn down” services of VIP guests who arrival during the day especially Marriott international guests.
抽查当天到的贵宾的夜床服务。
11.Ensure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, condition and Brand Standard.
确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行。
12.Coordinate with Front Office regarding the rooms availability and the rooms which should be taken out of order for repair and maintenance, as well as general cleaning.
和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间。
【岗位要求】
1. Good knowledge of all Housekeeping areas, such as guest floor, PA, Laundry operation.
具有良好的关于楼层、公共区域、洗衣房方面的专业知识。
2. Quality improvement skill.
不断提高改善品质的能力。
3. Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向容易相处,良好的沟通技巧。
4. Ability to communicate in English with guests, management, employees, and outside contractors to their understanding.
能够用准确流利的英语与客人,管理人员,雇员和承包商进行交流。
5. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
能够完成一些基本的简单数学运算。
6. Able to operate computer software program.
能够操作办公室软件。
