【岗位职责】
1. All the technicians assigned to the same shift duty carried out their duties accordingly and in accordance to the rules & regulations and policies and procedures and standard.
当班员工按照和执行各种规章制度和政策程序和标准。
2. Assign and follow up the daily work activities, all work request are attended without unduly delay and completed in a professional and efficient manner.
分配和落实日常工作,所有工作都能及时,专业和高效完成。
3. To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。
4. To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all strong and weak electrical systems, air conditioning systems, water system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
接受工程部安排的维修任务,以高效率、低成本的工作方式对酒店的所有强弱电系统、空调系统、水系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养,时刻确保系统得以高效正常的运行。
5. Maintains precautionary hotel and apartment all guest rooms and all public area. Inspect and maintains accurate and speedily to assure all the work on the maintenance order.
对所有的客房,公寓及公共区域做预防性的保养;经常工作巡视,并能准确迅速的完成维修单的所有工作。
6. The equipment in this class is in good condition, so that it is always in good technical condition to ensure high quality, high efficiency, low consumption and safe operation.
管好本班组范围内的设备,使其经常处于良好的技术状态,保证设备优质、高效、低耗、安全运行。
7. To be familiar with all the mechanical systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
了解酒店设备系统以及设备的运行要求和特性,严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。
8. To perform emergency duties as per outlined under hotel emergency procedures.
在紧急情况下执行酒店紧急情况处理程序。
9. To attend the job training.
进行在岗培训。
10. To conduct inspection tour and checking on all the operating systems and plants status according to the check list. To lookout for the abnormal working condition and take remedial actions accordingly. To report such abnormality to supervisor attention.
进行当班巡查以及按照工作核查表检查系统和机电设备运行情况。及时发现不正常的运行情况并采取补救措施。将发现的问题汇报给主管。
11. To response to guest request or complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
及时处理客人维修要求和投诉,避免客人不便和不安。
【岗位要求】
1. Min. 2 years of operation experience in hotel in similar capacity, preferably from international hotel chain.
至少2年相关工作经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2. Full understanding and knowledge of engineering operation in hotel.
全面掌握酒店运作程序和知识。
3. Practical experience in hotel operation.
具有酒店运行的实际经验。
