【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for exceeding hotel rooms and F&B revenue target.
负责完成个人客房及宴会,餐饮的收入目标,
2. Responsible and maintain good relationship with clients of assigned account industries and area also develop potential accounts base on sales leaser guidance.
负责及维系好被指定的销售行业及区域的同时在销售负责人的指导下开发区域内潜力客户。
3. Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy base on sales leader guidance.
在销售总监的指导下开发适合酒店战略需要的新客户或市场。
4. Understands or is familiar with the fundamentals of assigned accounts.
了解熟悉客户的背景。
5. Develops a sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts.
制定销售计划,从所负责客户及市场中获得生意。
6. Determines the account’ s needs, Marriott’ s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.
确认客户的需求、万豪的目标,以及细分市场/客户的战略。
7. Ensure every RFP is handled with utmost urgency and responded timely.
确保所有RFP能够得到及时并有效的回复。
8. Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customer.
将酒店所提供所拥有的价值传达给客户。
9. Participate in mystery call also firm the belief that the first proposal should be established opportunity
of success.
参与神秘电话测试,坚定首次报价即要奠定成功机会的信念。
10. Join daily morning S&M briefing to share relevant updates and attend weekly S&M meeting and SS Meeting.
参加每天的晨会,分享更新信息并参加每周的市场销售部会议及销售策略会议。
11. Quarterly accounts review with key accounts and identify opportunities to expand accounts’ potential.
定期回顾重点客户情况,发现潜在机会并增加客户。参加客户分析会议。
【岗位要求】
1. Similar work experience in high-end property developer is preferred.
高端酒店相近工作经验。
2. Good for sales skills.
良好的销售技巧。
3. Understanding of hotel(s) business mix needs of transient, group and catering business.

4. Self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
