Reservation Supervisor 预订部主管

【岗位职责】
1. Handles inquires and bookings in accordance with the department’s routine.
按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订和咨询。
2. Manage and check reservations daily work also report to DOS regularly.
管理和检查处理日常预订工作并定期向销售总监汇报。
3. Records and processes in-coming reservations.
记录所有新进的预订。
4. Records and processes group reservations.
记录并处理团队预订。
5. Ensures all paperwork and requests for a reservation have been carry out. Example: Transportation, Amenity and special requirement etc.
确保所有与预订有关的事宜都作妥善处理。
6. Provides information to clients on hotel services, activities and attractive for the area.
向客人提供有关酒店服务，活动和观光景点的信息。
7. Processes cancellation/amendments to reservations (extension, early departure)
处理取消，更改预订。
8. Investigates and handles no show reservations.
调查并处理预订未到预订。
9. Records special billing arrangements for groups and conventions in the PMS.
记录有关团队和会议的特殊付帐安排。
10. Be aware of rate changes/ special offers/ promotions/close out dates.
悉知房价变动，特殊安排，各种促销活动和预订截止日期。
11. Monitor reservation levels and inform DOS on current and future occupancy rates.
监控预订情况并通知销售总监目前和未来的住房率。
12. Prepares reservation related reports.
准备销售报表。
13. Sell the hotel and other products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
用鼎力推销和建议性销售的技巧来推销酒店及万豪的产品。
【岗位要求】
1. Knowledge of Opera and related Marriott booking system.
掌握运用Opera系统及相关万豪预定系统。
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
掌握应用已Microsoft Office软件。
3. Basic knowledge of tourism and hotel industry.
对旅游与酒店行业有基本的了解。
4. Basic knowledge of local market and competitors.
对本地市场及竞争者有基本了解。
5. Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
良好的电脑技能，至少会使用微软视窗98以上操作系统、微软办公室97或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。
6. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。
7. Ability to work independently and as a team.
独立工作和团队工作的能力。
