【岗位职责】
1. Coordinates day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of
the customers on a daily basis.
协调日常运营,确保礼宾服务的质量和标准满足客人的期望。
2. Encourages and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
鼓励团队成员之间建立互相尊重、信任的团队合作。
3. Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure employees
do the same within the team.
与团队成员建立并保持开放、协作的工作关系,确保其他成员也能做到。
4. Supports concierge team to keep them focused on the critical components of operations to drive
guest satisfaction and the desired financial results.
全面支持礼宾部工作,以提高客人满意度和财务业绩回报作为礼宾部营运目标。
5. Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and
objectives and manages to achieve or exceed goals.
清楚的了解部门整体财务业绩目标,确保能高质量地完成并超过目标。
6. Establishes relationships with local attractions, restaurants and other businesses to enhance guests’
experiences.
与当地景点、餐厅和其他企业建立关系,以提高客人体验。
7. Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of
services and facilities both within and outside the establishment.
向客人和其他部门提供关于酒店内外广泛的服务设施及相关信息。
8. Provides recommendations and arranges services for guests as requested (e.g., car rental, airline
and train tickets, office services, beauty and barber services, babysitting, repairs, shopping).
根据客人要求,为客人提供个性化推荐和服务安排(如:租车、机票、火车票、美容美发、维修、购
物等)。
9. Maintains awareness of cultural differences needed to meet guest's specific needs and requirements.
根据不同客人的文化差异,来合理安排客人需求。
