【岗位职责】
1. Assist the At Your Service Asst. Manager in supervising the Department.
协助为您服务中心副经理管理部门。
2. Ensure prompt, polite and accurate handling of all telephone calls and messages.
确保迅速地、有礼貌地和准确地处理所有的来电和留言。
3. Be completely familiar with the hotel’s telephone system and related functions, i.e. voice mail, paging system etc.
完全熟悉酒店的电话系统和相关功能,例如:语音信箱, 传呼系统。
4. Responsible for ordering In-Room Dinning and handle guest requests efficiently.
负责“客房送餐”点单,高效地为客人提供服务。
5. Be completely familiar with Fire Emergency Procedures and At Your Service’s role in emergencies and ensure all Ambassadors’ knowledge of these procedures.
完全熟悉火警程序和紧急事件中为您服务中心的作用并确保所有为您服务中心员工也熟悉这些程序。
