【岗位职责】
1. Limit access to guest rooms while cleaning by following departmental procedures.
按照部门的程序,在打扫房间的时候限制客人进入客房。
2. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms, such as toiletries, glasses, mugs, linens, towels, tissues, coffee, printed materials, and laundry bags according to standards.
按照标准更换房间内的客人用品,如洗漱用品、玻璃杯、杯子、床单、毛巾、纸巾、咖啡、印刷品和洗衣袋。
3. Replace dirty linens (e.g., sheets, pillowcases) and terry (e.g., towels, bathrobes) with clean items, following correct bed making and folding standards.
用干净的物品替换脏床单(如床单、枕套)和毛巾布(如毛巾、浴袍),遵循正确的床的制作和折叠标准。
4. Clean bathrooms, including bathtub/hot tub/shower, toilet, floor, sink, and mirror.
清洁浴室,包括浴缸/热水浴缸/淋浴器、卫生间、地板、水槽和镜子。
5. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from room and balcony/patio.
从房间和阳台/露台上清理垃圾、脏床单和客房服务用品。
6. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances and restore to original positions.
清理桌子上的物品、家具和电器,并恢复到原来的位置。
7. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings (e.g., appliances, furniture, ice bucket, honor bar, baseboards, ledges, entrance door).

8. Vacuum carpets and performs floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway).
