【岗位职责】
1.Function as primary support to the Personnel Manager including activities in employment, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and associates relations.
在员工活动、招聘、福利、工资、员工关系等方面支持人事经理。
2.To check Annual Leave for all associates and make a record of Annual Leave for all associates, and maintain the summary of it so as to provide the information to PM monthly or anytime needed.
检查及更新记录所有员工年假情况,每月或随时提供年假记录给人事经理。
3.To check all the compensation leave and update the situation based on the Leave Application, and make a summary for all the Compensation Leave for all associates in the hotel so that information can be provided any time.
检查及更新所有员工的假期积累及补休情况,以便随时提供假期补休信息。
4.To be responsible for the administration of all the insurance and housing fund schemes for hotel associates as required by the government when the PM is on leave.
根据政府要求,在人事经理休假期间负责管理员工保险及公积金等相关事宜。
5.Coordinate activities relating to students trainees such as handling monthly payment, trainee evaluation and organize regular meeting.
协调实习生的工作,如每月津贴发放、评估和定期组织会议。
6.Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
根据公司政策和程序,及时高效完成各项工作。
7.Maintain a favorable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
【岗位要求】
1.1-2 years Human Resources experience, preferably in hotel industry.
1-2年人力资源工作经验,有国际联号酒店工作经历者优先。
2.Good knowledge and understanding of labor law and other related laws.
熟悉劳动法及劳动雇佣其他相关法律。
3.Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向容易相处,良好的沟通技巧。
4.Able to operate computer software program.
能够操作办公室软件。
