4.Maintain and update hotel social media in line with Capella brand standard, including wechat, weibo and Instagram.

5.Optimize the content and marketing materials on distribution channels and updated timely.
优化各销售渠道内容,及时更新。
6.Reply the comments on different online channels, and pay attention on public opinion on social media.
及时回复各在线渠道评论,并关注社交媒体上的酒店舆情。
7.Handle all professional,in-house, media and travel agent photography and filming, ensuring production in line with Capella brand positioning.
处理所有专业的店内、媒体及旅行社拍摄活动,与确保图片及视频拍摄、宣传物料等符合嘉佩乐品牌定位。
8.Work with operations department in ensuring all print materials used for operational purposes are prepared in time and according to corporate guidelines as well as hotel’s image/style.

9.Initiate hotel promotions with Sales and Food & Beverage and share with hotel database via
email.

10.Finish and submit weekly and monthly Marketing Communications report, including but not limit on media engagement, marketing exposure, social media maintenance, online distribution activities and etc.
完成并提交每周及每月市场传讯报告,包括但不限于媒体互动、市场曝光、社交媒体运营、渠道活动等。
