Monitor and reconcile employment requisition forms and follow-up with Department Heads regarding open positions.

Ensure all departmental staffing guides and job descriptions are up to date and advise department heads on suitable candidates.
填补部门人员空缺,确保岗位职责保持更新,对部门经理筛选人才提出建议
Responsible for interviews within the hotel.
负责酒店内部面试工作
Prepare job descriptions and career advertisements (print, internet, etc.) of job vacancies to ensure effective and timely hiring.
准备空缺岗位职责及未来职业推介(印刷,网络等)以确保高效的招聘和及时到岗
Maintain a monthly open positions list.
每月更新空缺岗位
Follow and complete other work tasks from department leader.
完成上级指派的其他工作
Organize and represent the hotel during on-campus recruitment and job-fairs, building and maintaining relationships with college and university representatives
组织校园招聘,与各所大学建立良好关系
Continue to identify suitable options for accommodation for trainees and employees to facilitate the hiring process.
跟进对实习生的住宿安排,以及其他应聘者在雇佣过程中所需的后勤支持
Excellent knowledge of the positions of the hotel and its departments to proactively create or adjust appropriate recruitment initiatives
熟悉酒店各个岗位及其部门,能很好的掌控招聘主动权
Ensure compliance with all laws concerning recruitment and hiring
确保招聘和雇佣符合法律法规
Complies with Accor’s code of ethics and corporate social responsibility.
