1、Possess knowledge of operation, maintenance, and management of system equipment such as power distribution, boilers, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
具有配电、锅炉、暖通等系统设备的操作维护和管理知识。
2、Have a profound understanding of the layout and functions of hotel electromechanical engineering equipment, building facilities, etc., and possess strong emergency management capabilities.
对酒店机电工程设备、建筑设备等布局功能有较深的了解和较强的应急管理能力.
3、To provide supervision and guidance and on the job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality. Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and work request)for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy and completeness.
管理和指导在岗培训，检查工作程序以便保证工作按时和保质保量的完成。经常回顾和检查已经完成的工作（预防性维护和维修）及时发现不足，以便跟进落实和完成。
4、Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历。
5、Sound judgment, and strong decision-making, problem-solving and follow up
skills

6、Excellent guest service skills Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
