1. 负责并管理宾客关系团队对重要宾客、回头客及长住客的接待工作;
Oversee and manage the guest relations team in providing reception services to VIPs, returning guests, and long-term guests;
2. 与宾客保持良好的沟通,了解客人喜恶,为宾客提供个性化服务;
Maintain effective communication with guests, understand their preferences, and deliver personalized services;
3. 搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级汇报;
Gather guest feedback, take prompt follow-up actions, and report to supervisors as needed;
4. 发现问题并及时处理;
Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner;
5. 完成其他交办任务。
Perform other assigned duties as required.
