§ 系统有效的对关键客户进行电话联系,并向销售部总监汇报新的市场发现和生意机会。
Systematically
and efficiently calls on Key Accounts within location and reports findings and
opportunities to the Director of Sales.
§ 通过销售人员的电话或书面沟通,确保酒店充分的向公众展示。
Ensures a high
level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone
contact and written communications.
§ 专业地进行日常电话销售,从而辨别我们的客人。
Professionally
conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.
§ 进行正常的市场调查和竞争对手的调查。
Conducts regular
Market Surveys and Competitor Researches.
§ 参考报纸,商业杂志和其他的出版物,从而获取会议和活动的相关信息。
Consults
newspapers, trade journals, and other publications to learn about conventions
and social functions.
§ 通过罗列信息,比如组织者的姓名和会议计划等来编辑具有商务生意前途的资料,用于我们的推广和奖励计划。
Organises
prospect files by listing information, such as names of officials and plans for
conventions, to be used for promotional purposes.

Directs Sales
employees engaged in preparing promotional correspondence with travel bureaus,
business and social groups.
§ 同部门主管协商讨论,并明确阐述获取生意的计划。
Confers with
Department Heads to discuss and formulate plans for soliciting business.
§ 联系并向组织者的行政人员解释酒店提供的服务和设施,从而获取生意。
Contacts
executives of organisations to explain services and facilities offered by hotel
and to solicit their business.
§ 确保酒店提供的服务总是按照部门运营指南所定义的标准执行的,高效,持续和礼貌,而且总是现实可行的。
Ensures services
provided by the department are always available and are always carried out to
defined Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as
detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
§ 密切与销售部总监沟通合作,协助准备常规的部门预算的更新,确保目标达成和成本有效控制。
Assists with the
preparation and regular update of the Marketing Departmental Budget in close
cooperation with the Director of Sales, ensuring targets are met and costs are
effectively controlled.
§ 确保电子型和纸张型文件系统随时处于有效准确的管理状态(Fidelio销售和宴会销售)。
Ensures that an
efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well as electronically
is maintained at all times (Fidelio Sales & Events Sales).
§ 完整维护销售人员为酒店制作的协议、合同和报价及支持文件记录。
Maintains complete
and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the
Hotel.
§ 建立有效的档案跟踪系统,确保所有预订完全地被跟踪处理。
Establishes an
efficient Trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
§ 按月提供精确的由售协理预订的团队生意报告。
Provides accurate
reporting of Group business booked to the Sales Coordinator for monthly
consolidation
§ 适当授权给经验丰富的员工,培养和发展他们,同时保持和维护营运和安全的标准。
Delegates
appropriately duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourceful
employees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation
and safety are maintained.
§ 协助和展开提高员工技巧和知识的培训活动。
Develops and
assists with training activities focused on improving skills and knowledge.
§ 确保员工充分理解并遵守酒店的政策。
Ensures
employees have a complete understanding of Rules & Regulations, and that
behaviour complies.

Monitors
employee morale and provides mechanisms for performance feedback and
development.
§ 销售部总监缺席时,代表销售部门履行行政委员职责,确保销售部有效平稳的运作,为其他部门提供支援和服务。
In the absence
of the Director of Marketing, represents Marketing Division on the Hotel
Executive Committee, ensures the efficient & smooth operation of the
Marketing Division, providing services and support to other Divisions as
required.

Ensures high
standards of personal presentation & grooming.

Encouraged to
actively participate in local and international Trade Fairs and Conventions.
