§ 在会议宴会销售总监/会议宴会销售经理/会议宴会销售主任都不在的时候,负责回应所有的电话和咨询 ,确保信息/留言能准确而及时地传达给相关的经理。
In the absence of the Director of
Events / Events Manager / Events Executive, responds to all telephone calls or
inquiries, ensures information/ messages are accurately received and relayed to
the managers concerned in a timely manner.
§ 根据宴会销售总监的要求或指派,跟进相应的销售交易。
Follows up sales leads whenever required
or assigned by the Director of Events.
§ 及时准备、编写和分发每周/每月报告。
Prepares, compiles and distributes
the weekly / monthly reports in a timely manner.
§ 通过直接的销售电话接触或书信沟通,维持酒店高度的公众知名度。
Ensures a high level of exposure
for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contact and written
communications.
§ 准确地对活动/宴会记录文档进行保管
Ensures the activities / events
Log Book is being accurately maintained.
§ 协助市场调查和竞争对手调查报告的编写。
Assists in the compilation of
Market Surveys and Competitor Research reports.
§ 有需要时,协助把酒店相关信息传达给客户。
Assists in the distributions of
relevant hotel information to clients when required.
§ 协助/参与销售推广闪电行动。
Assists / participates in sales
blitz.
§ 维护与现有客户的良好关系,按要求提供所有必需的协助。
Maintains good relationship with
the established clientele and provides all necessary assistance when required.
§ 与相关的运营部门保持良好的协调和合作关系,确保满足客人的要求和期望。
Liaises and works closely with the
related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being
met.
§ 准备并确保所有的宴会订单及时地分发给相关的部门。
Prepares and ensures all Events
Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.
§ 会议宴会销售经理/主任不在时,协助跟进所有相关的事务。
Assists the Events Sales Manager /
Executives to follow up on all matters in the absent of the Events Manager /
Executives.
§ 展示优秀的电话处理技巧,具备电话销售的能力。
Practices excellent Telephone Handling
Skills and is capable of excellent Telephone Sales.
