§ 对菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of food and beverage items and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
§ 制定和落实餐饮部酒水销售提成计划并定期进行反馈更新，对于客户调查结果做出回应并落实相应的改善措施。
Work out and implement Beverage Sales Commission Plan and feedback updated on a regular basis, and responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
§ 确保酒水单的定期更新及标准，保持酒水单内包括年份的准确性。
Ensure the update and standard of the beverage menu, to maintain the accuracy of the info including the vintage in the wine list.
§ 准备年度酒水市场计划，作为完成餐饮部年度市场计划的依据。不断评估当地、国内和国际市场趋势、供应商和其他酒店/餐饮企业营运状况以确保酒店自身经营状况保持竞争力和领先位置。
Prepares yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan. Evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
§ 协助进行酒水盘点管理和酒店营运设备和其他设施持续的保存保养。
Assists in the beverage inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.
§ 协助确保餐饮部酒水运作符合其酒店策略，适当执行酒店规章。监督部门及酒店酒水营运手册的准备和更新的工作。
Assists to ensure that the Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate. Oversees the preparation and update of departmental Operations Manuals which are beverage related.
