领班 - 工程部 Team Leader - Engineering

【工作职责】
具备社会认可并颁发的培训或相关资格证件，胜任对应专业资格的工作技能和工作安排。
合理使用和维护所有电动工具设施。
对酒店工程系统进行正常维修和保养，及相应对客维修，确保及时完成工作单和预防性维护任务。
按照部门管理要求，对其他商务人员或技术员予以支持。
完成分配的其他合理职责。

[Job Description]
Have the training or relevant qualification certificates recognized and issued by the society, and be competent for the work skills of the corresponding professional qualifications.
Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
Performs repairs and maintenance works and engineering operations to meet customers’ expectations. Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
Assists other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Departmental Management responsibilities as assigned.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
