Define and executemarketing strategy
· 评估在线平台,线上市场的调查和分析
Evaluate OTAChannel, online market survey and analysis
· 每天的竞争群组分析,提供策略建议
Daily comp setstrategy researching, strategy suggestion base on survey
· 对客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标
CustomerRelationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customersthrough planned customer interviews and online market situation
· 在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况
Monitors andreports on market and competition
· 维护社会媒体网站,确保所有的信息符合雅高的社交媒体政策
Maintain socialmedia sites ensuring all pages and entries adhere to the Accor social mediapolicy
· 管理客户档案数据库
Manages accountbase and maintains all customer information up to date
第二主要职责: 传播产品信息,拓展新客源
2nd primary responsibilities - Spread productinformation, and expand new customer sources
· 发挥创造力,为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献
Creative contribution to product and salesdevelopment
· 准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进
Prepares and updates customer management reportsand ensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time
· 积极地传播产品信息,在负责的市场内营造饭店的知名度
Active distribution of product information andcreates awareness
· 预测、分析和报告销售业绩
Forecast, analyze and report Sales Performanceresults
· 定位和增加酒店营销机会
Locate and add our hotel to new partner marketinglinking opportunities
· 每个月定期发展新的客户
Develop potential accounts by monthly
其他职责Other Responsibilities
· 代表酒店参加客户论坛及销售活动
Represents the hotel and participates in customerworkshop and sales activities
· 制定OTA销售计划,带领OTA销售团队实现销售目标
Develop a OTA sales plan and lead the sales team toachieve sales targets
· 监督OTA销售团队的日常工作,包括其进行销售、培训和执行行动计划及市场计划。确保团队销售目标的达成。
Supervise the daily work of the OTA sales team,including conducting sales, training, executing action plans, and marketingplans. Ensure the achievement of sales goal.
· 确保销售团队有效地管理客户,开拓新客户,维护现有客户
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensurethey are effectively managing their accounts and maximizing opportunities. Focus on new business opportunities whilstmaintaining the existing accounts
· 协助建立有效的系统,监督部门目标的完成情况
Assists in setting up systems to monitorachievement of departmental goals and objectives
· 坚持保密原则
Adhere to the principle of confidentiality
· 处理人才之间的一些人际关系
Handles human relation queries by talents
· 确保尽可能提供安全的工作环境以保护人才在工作场所免受歧视、骚扰和迫害
Ensure wherever possible that talents are providedwith a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization

Treat complaints of harassment and discriminationpromptly and confidentially

Treat customers and colleagues from all culturalgroups with respect and sensitivity
· 无论在电话还是在酒店内都要保持良好的个人形象
To create self-appearance both on the telephone andin person with an excellent image of the hotel
· 随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目
Perform other related duties & special projectsas assigned by the supervisor
技能要求Competencies
· 掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
Ability to use Sales and PMS computer systems.
· 掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识
Knowledge and experience in Internet and othermajor computer programs
