Job Responsibility:岗位职责
1.Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and F&B sales and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.
在加强房间销售的同时,推荐酒店的会议、宴会和餐厅餐饮销售。最大限度地利用会议多功能厅和餐厅的设施设备,以取得所预计的最高目标。
2.Communicates clients' requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner
向相关部门及时传达客人的需求
3.Assists with the completion of monthly booking report(s)
协助每月预订报告的制定
4.Prepares reports as necessary to improve management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities
准备相关报告以确保决定的正确性。
5.Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
在对客服务时,勇于承担责任并展现良好的团队协作能力。
REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
1.Minimum three years hotel sales experience
至少三年五星级酒店工作经验
2.Local market knowledge preferred, and has local MICE sales experience.
熟悉本地市场,具有本地市场会务销售工作经验
3.Bachelor’s degree preferred
本科学历以上优先
4.Experience managing to brand standards
有国际酒店相关工作经验
5.Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork

6.Strong communication skills
