岗位职责
1 Ensure that Legendary Quality Experiences, policies, and procedures are properly understood and followed through.
2 To ensure that all Front Office employees deliver the Mandarin Oriental’s guiding principles and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
3 To maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
4 Perform all aspects of colleague and training functions, including hiring, performance appraisals, counselling, coaching, training, disciplinary actions.
5 To maintain strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organizations, including tour operators and local travel agents.
6 To respond to changes in the Rooms function as dictated by the industry, company, and hotel.
任职要求
1 Must possess a good verbal command of the English (and Mandarin) Language
2 Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
3 Minimum 5 years Hotel Management experience in a hotel of similar deluxe standing and minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
4 Experience dealing with all levels including owners, corporate officers, support staff and all hotel employees
4 Excellent overall communication skills
5 Able to multitask
6 The ability to work well in a team environment
