Job Responsibilities岗位职责
Create a
hospitable and professional atmosphere in concierge area to ensure total guest
satisfaction. Have knowledge of local areas and be informed at all times about
cultural, historical attractions as well as their locations and hours of
operation. Be able to schedule the bellman according to business demands and
supervise them during their working time.在礼宾部创造一个热情好客和专业的氛围以确保客人的总体满意度。对当地的文化、历史方面引人入胜的内容有所了解,知道所在部门的营运时间。能够根据生意需要安排行李员,并在他们工作期间进行管理。
1.Supervise the subordinates
in running the desks smoothly and up to the hotel standards.管理下属员工使其流畅地运作礼宾台并且符合酒店标准。
2.Look after the desks of
Information, Bellman, and Doorman.照看问讯台、行李员和门童。
3.Assign bellman in handling
guest baggage.Assign bellman in delivering newspaper and messages.指派行李员为客人运送行李。指派行李员分发报纸和传递消息。
4.Handle parcels received and
items hold for collection.处理收到的包裹和需要收集的定西。
5.Ensure equipment is properly
used.确保设备的正确使用。
6.Provide update information on
transportation tariff, schedule and new arrangements in train station/airport.提供更新的交通税费表、火车站和机场的时刻表。
7.Ensure baggage room, baggage
holding area and work areas are neat and tidy.确保行李房、行李寄存区域和工作区域的整洁。
8.Ensure that flags at the
Hotel entrance are hoisted properly.确保在酒店门口恰当地升旗。
9.Keep close communication with
other sections regarding car arrangements.Plan for car arrangement and maintenance.Carry out car inspections to ensure that cars are in safe and good conditions.Check records like monthly gasoline consumption and repair at garage.
在车辆安排上与其他分部门保持密切的沟通。计划车辆的安排和保养。进行车辆检查以确保车辆处于安全和良好的状态。在车库检查每月耗油量记录和车辆维修记录。
10.Be highly familiar with all
emergency procedures and evacuation plans.高度熟悉所有应急处理程序和疏散预案。
11.Maintain and enforce all
Marriott service Standards.维持和执行所有的万豪服务标准。
12.Ensure that Guest Response
Process is in place and all follow-up calls are made.确保具备宾客回应程序,确保所有的跟进电话都有被操作。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1.At least 1 years working experience of bellman.至少1年行李员经验。
2.Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality
skills.优秀的沟通和待客技巧。3.Demonstrated
excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.优秀的英语和普通话沟通技巧。
4.Minimum graduated from College.大专以上。
