Job Responsibilities岗位职责
To administer the day to day operations
of the ADD Restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize
costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate

1.Be responsible for the Food Studio
Restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the

2.Responsible for maintaining the overall
welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources
needed to take care of our guests.负责保证我们员工的福利,提供给他们培训和所需资源来照顾好我们的客人。
3.Achieve departmental budget goals and
maximize profitability through increased revenue and responsible, efficient
cost management.经过增加收入和有责, 有效的费用管理来达到部门的预算目标并且使收入最大化。
4.Be responsible for the monthly department
Profit and Loss statement.负责每月的部门利润和损失陈述。
5.Help prepare of the yearly department
budget by using history and forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive

6.Accurately forecast business
demands to ensure efficient staffing and food production.正确地预测生意要求以确保有效的人员和食物制造。
7.Ensure the efficient

8.Ensure the awareness and
enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s and property L.S.O.P.’s.确定所有的万豪标准操作程序和特别的本地标准操作程序有意识并且强化的执行。
9.Enforce operational standards
that are periodically reviewed and updated.加强营运操作标准定期地回顾和更新。
10.Be responsible for
maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.时刻保持对餐厅的安全和卫生标准负责。
11.Enforce Marriott
International’s sanitation and food handling and storage standards. Audit the Brasserie on a monthly basis with

12.Be responsible for the
security and management of all hotel property, facilities and assets.负责对所有的酒店财产、设备和资产的安全管理。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1.Minimum
4 years F&B experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory position.至少4 年的餐饮经验和至少一年的管理职位经验。
2.Demonstrated
excellent technical knowledge of restaurant operations.优秀的餐厅运作技术知识。
3.Demonstrated
excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.优秀的英语和普通话沟通能力。
4.Minimum
vocational school.至少职业院校。
