The Supervisor’s main function is to
promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to
develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate
satisfaction and the delivery of prompt, courteous service. The supervisor is

Assume responsibility for the
daily operations of Wuxing or any other assigned outlet to ensure a smooth
running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.对五行或其他指定的店面的日常运营负责,确保在饭店的框架体系内顺利的有盈利的运营。
Assist in working toward
positive financial results. 帮助朝着财务良性方向发展。
Assist in ensuring that
scheduling is done accurately and in a timely manner.协助确保计划被准确及时的完成。
Assist in maintaining a
highly motivated and well-trained staff.。协助保持一支护自觉性和受过良好训练的员工队伍。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1.At least 4 years F&B experience.至少4年饮餐工作经验。
2.Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication
skills.显示出较强的沟通和待人接物技巧。
3.Demonstrated good communication in English and
Mandarin.显示了优良的普通话和英语交流能力。
4.Minimum vocational school.至少职业技术学校。
