Job Responsibilities岗位职责
1.Arrange associates daily workreasonable and fairly.负责合理、公平地安排员工工作。
2.Conduct daily briefing.召开每日员工简会。
3.Yearly/quarterly/monthlycleaning planning and implement制定年度、季度、月度清洁计划并实施。
4.Carpet maintenance planningand implement.制定地毯保养计划并实施。
5.Be in charge of hard floor maintenanceplanning and implement.制定硬地面保养计划并实施。
6.Inspect the assigned publicareas to ensure their cleanness and tidiness.检查保证公共区域处于清洁、整齐状态。
7.Monitor all associatesworking properly following procedures检查保证员工按程序操作。
8.Ensure all associates use thechemicals according to proper procedures.保证员工按正确程序使用清洁剂。
9.Make sure that only welltrained associates are able to operate machines for their safety working.保证经过培训的员工才能使用清洁机器，确保员工安全操作。
10.Be in charge of associatestraining and coaching in order to support their work.负责对员工进行培训并指导他们的工作。
11.Coordinate with external PestControl Company to arrange routinely hotel pest control program.与杀虫公司协调安排酒店定期虫控。
12.Coordinate with externalsupplier to ensure hotel plants’ regular watering, changing and shaving.外包商协调，保证酒店绿色植物定期浇水、更换和修剪。
13.Maintain accurate inventoryof monthly chemical and cleaning equipments. Apply and purchase planning.进行每月清洁剂和清洁工具盘点，并提出申领/申购计划。
14.Coordinate with otherdepartments on the cleaning program, e.g. restaurants or office carpetcleaning.和其它部门协调安排清洁项目，如：餐厅、办公室地毯清洗。
15.Arrange emergency cleaningrequest on a timely basis.及时安排突发的清洁要求。
16.Arrange PA attendant to standby in the guests’ toilets if there is VIPor important events in the hotel.有VIP或重大宴会时，安排服务员留守洗手间。
17.Timely set maintenance ordersfor all the maintenance items and effectively follows up.发现维修项目及时开单，并跟进维修结果。
18.Support floor on the carpetcleaning.协助楼层地毯的清洗。
19.Record daily special issueson the log book and prepare the following up list for the next shift将每日的特殊事情写在工作日志上，未完成的事项移交给下一个班次跟进。
20.Other assignments direct bythe superiors.完成上级安排的一些其它工作。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1.Fouryears above PA expedience includes two years supervisor position experience.Familiar with cleaning machine operation, carpet and floor maintenance.四年以上PA.工作经验，二年以上主管工作经验，熟悉机器使用、地毯、硬地面保养
2.Goodcoordination skills较好的协调能力
