Follow
the Spa operating procedures and provide feedback to the Senior Therapist in
order to fine tune the standards where applicable.
按照水疗中心操作步骤工作,并给高级理疗师给予意见反饋,从而适当的微调相关标准。
·
Carry
out consultations for Members, Hotel Guests or Day Spa Guests and fill out a
Registration / Lifestyle sheet for each treatment completed.
实行会员、酒店住客或日间水疗中心客人咨询活动,并在每次疗程完成后填写登记/生活模式表。
·
Provide
spa, beauty and massage treatments in accordance with the treatment protocols
detailed in the Therapy Training Manual.
按照疗程训练手册所列的模式提供水疗、美容和按摩疗程。
·
Be
competent in all treatments, services and retail product knowledge. Request
refresher training in the event, you do not feel confident in a particular
treatment or service.
对所提供的一切疗程、服务和零售知识抱持信心。如果对某一疗程或服务觉得信心不足,请要求补习训练。

To
be fully aware of the daily treatment booking schedule and to keep updated with
any changes throughout the day.
全面了解日常的疗程预订时间表,整天不时知悉任何相关改动。

Recommend
retail products at the end of every treatment in order to maximize the client’s
results and achieve the Spa daily sales targets.
每次疗程结束时,给客人建议零售产品,务求发挥客人成效,达到水疗中心每天的销售目标。
·
Follow
the standard treatment room set up and spa journey.
确保所有理疗师遵守标准疗程室的布置政策和水疗之旅。
·
Check
the professional products in the preparation and treatment rooms on a daily
basis and discuss quantities vs. treatments booked / expected with the Senior
Therapist.
每天检查预备室和疗程室的专业用品存货,并跟高级理疗师商讨数量是否配合已订/预期预约的疗程份量。
·
Ensure
that you take your break at the scheduled time and as agreed with Spa Reception.
确保您按照跟水疗中心接待处议定的时间休息。
·
Participate
in beauty demonstrations and therapy presentations within the Spa / Hotel and
for outside groups in agreement with the Spa Director.
参与在水疗中心/酒店范围筹办的美容示范和疗程介绍,并在水疗中心总监同意下,参与给外界团体筹办的同类活动。
·
Commence
your bookings at the specified time / treatment room reserved in the system.
按照在系统预订的时间/疗程室开展指定的服务。
·
Ensure
all treatment brand standards; use of Guest name, Guest Comfort, Guest
Refreshment etc. is used in order to achieve the highest level of service.
确保套用所有疗程品牌标准;包括客人称呼、客人舒适度和休息安排等,从而达到最高的服务水平。
·
Maintain
a high level of treatment room and changing room hygiene and cleanliness and
tidy constantly throughout the day in between clients.
整天于服务每个客人之间,也要维持疗程室及更衣室高度卫生和整洁的水平。
·
Ensure
all professional product is clean and secured in the either the treatment room,
preparation room or changing room.
确保所有专业用品的存货洁净,并安放于疗程室或预备室或更衣室内。
·
Ensure
provide guests with clean towel, daily replacement of linen and registration in
time.
确保为客人提供干净的毛巾,每日及时更换布草并登记。
·
Monitor
the consumption and usage of all Locker Room amenities and replenish
accordingly.
监督所有储物室用品的消耗量和使用情况,适时加以补充。
·
Count
all used towels / linen and fill out the laundry control sheets prior to
sending to the Hotel laundry.
计算所有用过的毛巾/布单数目,在送交酒店洗衣部门以前,填写洗衣控制表。
·
Ensure
sufficient clean towels / linen is available in the Spa / Club and collect from
the Hotel Laundry on a daily basis.
确保水疗中心/健身会所备有足够的清洁毛巾/布单使用,并每天从酒店洗衣部门领取清洗洁净的部分。
·
Maintain
clear lines of communication with the Head Therapist and other departments
within the Spa / Club.
跟首席理疗师和水疗中心/健身会所其他部门维持清晰的沟通脉络。
·
Attend
all Hotel and department meetings as required.
按照需要,出席酒店和各个部门会议。
·
Ensure
a detailed handover occurs at the end of each shift either verbally or via the
handover diary.
在每个值班结束时,透过口头或填写工作移交日志,完成详细的工作移交程序。
·
Attend
the Spa / Club daily brief as required.
按照需要,出席水疗中心/健身会所每天简报会议。
·
Maintain
a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene in line with the Hotels and
department grooming standards.
维持高水平的个人外表和卫生,贯彻酒店和部门的打扮标准。
·
Ensure
the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa is maintained on a day to day basis.
确保水疗中心每天保持卫生和洁净。
·
Provide
a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
任何时候也提供友善、有礼和专业的服务。
·
Maintain
client and company confidentiality, ensuring all business dealings or personal
details are not discussed with outside parties.
维持客人和公司机密,确保不跟他人讨论所有业务往来或个人资料。
·
Ensure
all maintenance issues are reported.
确保汇报所有维护事项。
·
Inform
the Spa Operations Manager or Director of Spa of any medical conditions or
behavior of Guests.
给水疗中心营运经理知会客人任何医疗状况或行为。
·
Check
and maintain the Spa ambiance is in line with brand standards throughout the
day.
整天检查和维持水疗中心的气氛,务求贯彻品牌标准。
·
Carry
out opening and closing duties as required.
履行每天开业和终止营业所需的职务。
