Responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all recreational guest services, including the spa and gym operations.
负责协调管理所有康乐中心的宾客服务工作，包括温泉和健身中心的运营：
1、Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment. 协调康乐设施和设备的所有保养工作；
2、Manage all staff in this department. 管理部门内全体员工；
3、Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services. 对部门的产品及服务的销售工作进行管理；
4、Maintain effective guest relations, builds rapport and offer personalized service and assistance. 维持有效的对客关系，建立和谐的气氛并提供个性化的服务和帮助；
5、Assist with staff training and development. 协助员工的培训和发展；
6、Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors. 完成你上级交待的其它任务。
Qualifications
岗位要求
1、College Degree or above. 大学专科及以上学历；
2、Good English written & spoken. 良好的英语书写及口语能力；
3、Problem solving and organizational abilities. 具有解决问题和组织能力；
4、Good leadership. 良好的领导能力。
