We target at healthy-dining and middle-to-upper class people who enjoy a new fashion of dinning and socializing in a restaurant. In our restaurant, we share a strong belief of ‘empowerment’. Thus, we achieve this through showing the open kitchen where chefs perform culinary tricks and foods are presented at the counter. Moreover, we discreetly calculate and label the nutrition information for every one of our dishes to empower customers to know and evaluate. Our open kitchen is where all magic happens. Quality food, efficient service, reasonable prices are the three key elements that construct the architect of our business mentality. We are the FIRST and the ONLY restaurant in China that merges and harmonizes fast casual and fine dining models in one location to reflect and cater to customers’ different needs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
