负责酒店弱电系统，消防系统的维护和工程值班运营，并与部门标准保持一致。
Responsible for the maintenance and engineering duty operation of the hotel's weak current system and fire protection system according to the Departmental Standards.
按照要求，负责、监督和及时汇报所有POMEC服务承包商的工作，并在其运营中提供协助。
As requested, supervises, monitors and reports on all POMEC Service Contractors associated with the operations of the property.
按照POMEC的管理，监督和配合所有资产的维修和维护工作。
Monitors, and Coordinates all Repairs and Maintenance associated with property as requested by POMEC Management.
与工程部领班紧密合作，确保服务承包商、员工和技术员都按照正确的文字记录格式和工作流程执行。
Work closely with Engineering Team Leaders to ensure the correct paperwork and procedures are issued and followed by Service Contractors, Staff, and Technicians etc.
发展和支持培训活动，着重提高工作技术和知识。
Develops and assists with training activities focused on improving skills and knowledge.
熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，以及和酒店政策相关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
根据安排参加酒店及部门的培训和会议。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
完成指定工作任务，承担责任。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
