JOB SUMMARY 职位概述
Position responsible for all the food and beverage operations with
in the Restaurant/ Outlet, restaurant, beverage. Oversees guest and employee
satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws
and regulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.
负责餐厅门店所有食品、饮料的餐饮操作。监督客人和员工的满意程度，保持标准，并达到或超过财务目标。展示所有适用的食品和饮料法律法规的知识和熟练程度。制定并执行餐饮服务计划。

school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary,
or related professional area.
OR 2-year degree from an
accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant
Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years’
experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
高中文凭或者普通高中同等学历证书；四年以上餐饮、烹饪或相关专业工作经验
或者 获得认可大学的2年学位，主修食品服务管理、酒店和餐厅管理、酒店、工商管理或相关专业；2年食品和饮料、烹饪或相关专业领域的经验。
