【岗位职责】
•Selling of all facets and products of the hotel; take charge in developing new areas to maximise business results.
销售酒店的所有设施和产品并担当酒店业务拓展工作,创造业绩。
•Assess the market conditions, hotel’s business situation and formulate annual business plan and strategy.
洞悉市场及酒店收益盈利状况,以制定年度市场推广及销售计划和策略。
•Support team members to create tactical plans for execution, supervise and monitor their performance, adjust the tactical plans, if necessary, in order to achieve the set targets.
协助销售团队制定实践方案,督导及监控其表现,在必要时调整方案以达成销售目标。
•Set up pricing strategies for different channels to maximize total revenues, monitor their respective productions and adjust when necessary.
为不同销售渠道制定价格策略,以达致利润更大化,监控各渠道的业绩并于必要时调整价格。
•Continuously explore new business leads, build, and maintain relationships with customers.
不断寻求新客户,建立及维护客户关系。
•Work with F&B to create promotional campaigns to drive meeting and events businesses.
与餐饮部紧密合作,为推广会议及宴会业务制定销售方案。
•Build image within local marketplace through attending events; seek free publicity through public relations activities and media events.
通过参与当地市场的各种活动在市场上树立良好形象,透过公关活动以及媒体寻求免费推广机会。
•Entertain top producing accounts and customers.
招待各尊贵客户。
•Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections for potential customers.
计划并带领客人参观酒店环境。
•Identify relevant trade shows, fairs, and exhibitions to increase the exposure of the hotel; conduct business travel to promote the hotel and develop potential business.
寻求相关行业展览会以增加酒店曝光率;于有需要时前往其他城市对酒店进行推广,发掘潜在的业务。
•Monitor existing business and provide inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
监测现有业务,并在销售策略会上提出建议以扩大业务。
•Grow existing business; establish and pursue leads which will develop business.
发展现有业务,并建立和寻找发展业务的机会。
•Assess sales and marketing data.
评估市场销售数据。
•Work closely with Marketing corporate office to localize hotel marketing plan.
与集团市场营销办公室紧密合作根据本地情况制定酒店的市场营销计划。
•Monitor guest comments on social media, summarize, follow up and share with operation teams to improve quality of service.
在流媒体上关注客人的留言,总结,跟进并与运营部门分享以达到提高服务质量的目标。
【岗位要求】
•Marketing or related major, with over 5 years of working experience in the same position.
市场营销或相关专业,5年以上同岗位工作经验。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and skilled in using office software.
熟练的英文听说读写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Have a deep understanding of marketing work, with strong market perception ability, the ability to accurately grasp market dynamics and directions, and close media cooperation relationships.
对市场营销工作有深刻认知,有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力、密切的媒体合作关系。
High work enthusiasm, good team spirit, strong observation and adaptability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, team building ability and organizational development ability.
高度的工作热情,良好的团队合作精神,有较强的观察力和应变能力、出色的人际沟通能力、团队建设能力、组织开拓能力。
