【岗位职责】
•Supporting and covering the Engineering Manager in daily operations. Training and managing the technicians and outsourced staff.

•Check timely completion of maintenance requests paying particular attention to guest related jobs.

•Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and preventive maintenance in kitchen, bedrooms, bar, lobby, garden, offices, pool, air grilles, water systems, legionella, heating. (Maintenance of lifts, air conditioning, cooling, sprinkler system, etc.).
定期检查厨房,卧室,酒吧,大堂,花园,办公室,游泳池,空气格栅,水系统,军团杆菌,暖气设备并做好预防性维护。 (维修电梯,空调,冷却,喷淋灭火系统等)。
•Perform, at least twice weekly, routine inspection of all engineering operational areas (plant rooms) and rectify and report any equipment malfunction to the Engineering Manager.
每周至少进行两次,对所有工程操作区(工厂房间)进行常规检查,并向工程经理汇报所有设备故障的整改报告。
•Work closely with the department heads in implementing an effective preventive maintenance program for the front and back of house.

•Implement the established Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment in the hotel, including kitchen and laundry and report progress.
为酒店的所有设备实施制定预防性维护计划,包括厨房和洗衣机,并报告进度。
•Ensure the smooth operation of the Engineering department during the absence of the Engineering Manager.
在工程部经理不在的情况下,确保工程部门顺利运行。
•Assist to lead the hotel Fire / Bomb Evacuation when on Duty.

•Review and implement Maintenance procedures constantly to ensure compliance with the local government regulations.

•Inspect at least twice monthly, the entire building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety Specific attention must be placed on areas of difficult access.
每月至少两次检查整个大厦,注意有缺陷或者对生命安全隐患的设备,并密切观察所有操作设备的状况。特别注意那些难以进入的地方。
•Control and monitor closely all utility consumption, and ensure optimum energy usage by all departments in the hotel.
密切监控和监测所有电能的消耗量,并确保酒店各部门的合理能源使用情况。
•Implement a comprehensive elevator maintenance program and emergency procedure in liaison with the Engineering Manager.

•Secure implementation of all energy conservation procedures and report any irregularities and non-compliance to the Engineering Manager.

•Review new technologies and recommend, based on ROI studies.

•Design and supervise recycling programs for aluminium, paper, plastic, glass, etc.

•Train the technicians on Engineering skills.

•Prepare schedule for the Engineering departments to ensure 24/7 coverage.

•Implement and supervise the Guestroom-servicing program on a daily basis in accordance with company standards and service-level agreements (SLA) and highlights any issues to Engineering Manager.

•Supervise maintenance of gardens and grounds, including road surfaces.

•Support and, if so requested, supervise special projects and employment of outside contractors.

•Be responsible as part of the Engineering team for the implementation of all Life Safety Procedures and scheduled drills.

•Coordinate the management of the hotel’s technicians and support them with AC, AV, carpentry, electrical, painting and or other projects.

•Manage the workload (fittings, painting materials, spare parts) and the workspace and equipment, and maintain and clean machines and the workshop.

•Be demanding and critical when it comes to departmental standards.

•Implement a comprehensive library of manuals and parts lists of all operational equipment, as well as a complete set of up to date drawings of all areas and systems.

•Ensure a perfect functional condition of all alarm systems and fire prevention as well as firefighting equipment.

•Implement the established system for the control, verification, storage and utilization of all fuel deliveries to the premises.

•Prepare monthly utility consumption reports for review by the Engineering Manager and keep constant survey of correct calibration of all utility recording instruments.

【岗位要求】
•More than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
3年以上同岗位工作经验。
•Proficiently master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment.
熟练掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
•Can fully grasp the business philosophy of the engineering department manager, be capable of organizing and directing the implementation of various work plans of the engineering department, and ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.
