【岗位职责】
•Assist in managing the Security department efficiently as according to the established concept statement. Provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service always.
根据已建立的概念定位,有效协助管理安保部,在任何时候都能提供一个周到、专业、有效及灵活的服务。
•Monitor and identify classified information that passes across the Security Manager’s desk.
监控及辨别任何经过安保部的保密信息。
•Minimize the amount of theft and shrinkage within the hotel by active visual observation of hotel entrances, directly or through closed circuit television; monitor the employee entrance and carry out regular bag searches.
减少偷窃数量,直接或通过闭路电视,对酒店大堂出入口进行视查;监控员工出入口并执行常规查包。
•Anticipate possible and probable hazards and conditions and either correct them or take action to prevent them from happening.
预先考虑可能的危害及状况,并纠正或采取行动避免再次发生。
•Ensure the hotel is patrolled every two hours and document activities in accordance with corporate safety and guidelines.
确保每2个小时对酒店进行巡视并根据集团安全规定对酒店活动记录存档。
•Make sure all security positions are covered 24/7 by either our own staff or outsourced security officers. Review schedules ahead of time.
确保所有安保部的人员(酒店自己的员工或外包安保人员)24小时轮班。提前查看排班表。
•Support the company culture of multitasking and multiskilling by offering cross training to security staff to help other departments when needed.
支持一职多能的酒店文化,并为安保部员工提供交叉培训,以在需要时帮助其他部门。
•Maintain good relationships with both STT and local authorities such as PSB and Fire Safety Bureau.
与STT及地方当局保持良好关系,如:警察局及消防安全局。
•Coordinate ongoing “non-patterned” and routine patrols of guest floors, public areas, outlets, offices, and all other areas within – and around the hotel as specified in the Security Operations Manual. Report to accommodate prompt management review.
对客房楼层、公共区域、餐厅、办公室及其它区域进行抽查及例行巡视(在安全操作手册中具体说明的酒店内及周边)。及时报告至管理层审阅。
•Handle complaints, investigate, and thoroughly report on guest or staff injuries, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism, and other complaints.
处理投诉,调查并汇报客人或员工受伤、偷盗、袭击、物品丢失、车祸、吵闹的聚会、恶意破坏及其它投诉。
•Assist in developing written procedures for handling any emergency that would require partial or complete evacuation of the hotel such as fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure, or bomb threats.
协助制定处理关于任何需要部分或全部撤离酒店的紧急情况的程序,如火灾、武装抢劫、严重事故、停电或炸弹威胁。
•Maintain and update all emergency / fire procedures and preventive safety / security programs. Ensure that employee is fully conversant with all the above.
保持并更新所有紧急/防火程序及安全防范项目。确保员工熟悉以上信息。
•Assist the Director of Facility Management in establishing a smooth working relationship with local authorities and identify and liaise with them all required regulations and activities.
协助设备管理总监与地方当局建立良好关系,参加并联系所有需要的关系及活动。
•Supervise any occupied locker checks.
监管所有更衣柜的检查。
•Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout and the location and functions of:

Firefighting equipment and emergency exit.

•Review scheduled functions, group or special guest arrival events and discuss special instructions with all relevant departments.
检查已经定好的的会议,团体或者特别客人抵达的时间,并同所有相关部门协商特别指示。
•Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
控制采购申请,库存并小心使用所有运营设备及用品。
•Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
每月对所有运营设备及用品进行库房盘点。
•Be responsible for the communications among security staff and monitor guidelines to ensure they are being followed as directed.
在安保工作人员当中起到沟通作用,监控并确保酒店手册的执行。
•Conduct training courses for hotel staff in life safety and firefighting, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.
与人力资源部协作,对酒店员工进行生命安全及消防培训。
•Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion, and efficiency.
运用外交手段、策略、合适的判断力,有效的处理所有任务。
•Work with Director of Engineering to conduct effective First Response/First Aid Trainings and fire drills/evacuation as according to local legislation, with periodical refresher courses and exercises for both In-House Fire Wardens and departmental trainers.
与工程部负责人制定一个有效的紧急措施/急救培训,为内部消防负责人及部门培训员定期举办复习课程和联系,并根据当地法规进行消防演习/撤离。
•Ensure that all new staff members are briefed and / or trained in Fire Prevention / Fire Fighting Procedures and Occupational Health and Safety relevant to their position. Ensure periodical updating.
确保对所有新员工进行防火/消防程序及与职位相关的职业健康安全简述和/或培训,确保定期更新。
•Plan the weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the place of work is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.
制定每周排班表并按计划排班,确保每个领域都有足够的人员配置。
•Maintain workplace communications board related to the Security department.
制定安保部工作场所交流板。
•Apply hotel regulations, adhering to existing laws and regulations for safety, security, and prevention.
应用酒店制度,遵循现有的安全及防范法律法规。

•Have a strong sense of safety management and the ability to handle emergencies.
具备较强的安全管理意识及突发事件处理能力。
•Be familiar with the security work procedures and relevant laws and regulations, and understand the basic operation of fire-fighting and monitoring equipment.
熟悉安保工作流程及相关法律法规,了解消防、监控等设备的基本操作。
•Possess excellent team management skills, and be able to effectively coordinate and guide team members to complete work tasks.
具备良好的团队管理能力,能有效协调并指导团队成员完成工作任务。
•In good health, with strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to the shift work schedule;
身体健康,责任心强,能适应倒班工作制。
•No criminal record, good conduct, and excellent professional ethics.
无犯罪记录,品行端正,具备良好的职业素养。
•Veterans or those holding security-related qualification certificates will be given priority.
退伍军人或持有安保相关资格证书者优先考虑。
