Sales Manager 
key responsibilities 
·         develop group strategies and implement constructive promotions
·         be point of contact for group and meeting bookers from companies, travel agents and conference centers
·         ensure accurate group blocks in the CRS and meeting rooms booked in the online booking engine Letshare
·         proactively approach clientele and build sustainable relationship
·         assist groups & meetings coordinators with organizing tasks where needed
·         conduct market research and analysis
·         participate in regional strategic plans
·         collect scheduled MICE calendar
·         carries out any other reasonable duties and assigned responsibilities
 
qualifications / skills
·         have 2 years of group and/or meeting business experience in international hotels
·         college degree or above
·         pro-active individual who shows initiative
·         organizational skills with ability to prioritize and an eye for detail
·         guests focused
·         strong communication and analytical skills
·         fluent in English speaking and writing. Other language is considered a plus
