6.Co-coordinator all activities related to the accounts of Sales Managers.

7.Coordinates all corporate agreement application follow-up for Credit Facility application Sales Managers.
协助销售经理准备客户的公司协议书和信贷申请表。
8.Assist TA Sales Manager to in house groups from Travel Agency.
协助负责旅行社的销售经理协调旅行团到店的安排工作。
9.Operates sales accounts management systems.
操作市场销售部的客户管理系统。
10.Maintains a good understanding of clients serviced by Managers. 接待客户咨询,理解客户的需要,并根据客户的需求提出初步的建议。
11.Handles all incoming telephone and fax enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
接听所有来电,收发传真,解答相关问题。
12.Conduct Site inspection if required.
如果需要,按照标准安排客人参观酒店。
