【岗位职责 Job Description】
1. 建立并保管设备检修、保养的资料档案，及时检查各种设备运行的报表数据，定期整理上报。
Formulate
and keep the data file about equipment maintenance. Check all kinds of
equipment operation report data in time, and report regularly.
2. 及时完成值班工程师交办的各项任务，完成后及时汇报。
Timely
complete the tasks assigned by the duty engineer, after finishing the report to the duty
engineer on time.
3. 负责对指定设备的正常运行和维修保养。
Responsible
for specified equipment normal operation and maintenance work.
4. 关心员工工作、生活和学习，深入了解员工的思想状况，积极倡导和培养员工之间和班组之间的团结合作精神。
Take
care of staff’s work, life, and study. In-depth understanding of employees’
state of mind. To do good team building work.
5. 为本班组员工做准备工作计划及分配维修保养工作。
Prepare a working plan and distribute the
maintenance work.
6. 对所属维修项目进行追踪检查。
Follow-up inspection of the maintenance
project.
7. 根据要求和操作制度操作相关设备。
According to the standard to operate the equipment.
8. 遵守安全操作规程及规章制度。
Abide by the safety operation standard.
9. 遵守饭店的其它指示和规章制度。
Abide by the other hotel system.
【岗位要求 Job Requirements】
1.高中以上文化程度;2年以上同岗位工作经验。
High school education or above; At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
2.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。
Familiar with the hotel's customer service requirements, as well as the basic knowledge of water heating and air conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, and accessories.
3.掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。
Master the structure and function of water heating and air conditioning systems and equipment, general hydraulic machinery, various valves, etc., and have strong practical operation ability.
4.有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
Have a strong sense of career ambition and responsibility, and behave in a civilized manner.
