Located at the heart of Yiwu business center, Shangri-La, Yiwu is near the world-famous Yiwu International Commodity City. The hotel features 362 guestrooms and suites, as well as 136 serviced apartments. Shangri-La, Yiwu offers guests an exceptional dining experience. Brown Sugar restaurant comes to life with made-to-order Asian and Western dishes. Live cooking stations provide an array of international delights at buffet restaurant Yue Xiu Wok. From the Lobby Lounge, guests can enjoy relaxing moments. There is a 2,000-square-metre and 12-metre-high pillar-less Grand Ballroom, which comfortably accommodates 1,000 guests for banquets. There are also 11 other function rooms of varying size, some of which provide natural daylight.

We are currently looking for a Service Manager – Hygiene manager to join our team.
1. Formulated the hotel's food hygiene management system and post responsibility system, and conducted daily supervision and inspection on its implementation;
2. Have working experience in training and auditing, organize hotel staff to train on health law and health knowledge;
3. Inspect and record the hygiene status of the food production and operation process every day, correct the discovered food hygiene problems and safety hidden dangers in time, and put forward treatment suggestions;
4. Regularly check the retention of food samples provided for important reception activities;
5. Establish food hygiene management files and keep various inspection records.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Ability to interact

3. Takes ownership and initiative
4. Rich knowledge of food hygiene and safety, over 3 years experience in the same position
工作概述:
1. 拟定酒店食品卫生管理制度及岗位责任制度,并对其执行情况进行日常督促检查;
2. 有培训、审计等方面的工作经验,组织酒店员工进行卫生法律和卫生知识培训;
3. 每日检查食品生产经营过程的卫生状况并记录,及时纠正查出的食品卫生问题及安全隐患,并提出处理意见;
4. 对重要接待活动供应的食品的留样工作进行经常性检查;
5. 建立食品卫生管理档案,保存各种检查记录。
