We are currently looking for an Events Sales Manager/ Events Management Executive to join our team.
As an Events Sales Manager/ Events Management Executive, we rely on you to:
1. Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible and follows the guidelines, methods and tools as set by the hotel.
2. Contributes ideas and feedbacks to Director of Events Management on new or existing contractors’ performance. Ensures high quality of services and supports are delivered to guests.
3.Performs office duties and sales coverage during operation and non-operation hours as required by the Director of Events Management.
4. Actively shares comments sand findings on operations and services with the events management team as well as the hotel’s senior management.
We are looking for someone who:
1. At least 3 years working experience in the same position.
2. Have working experience in hotel banquet sales, have certain customer accumulation and team spirit.
3. Strong management ability, judgment and decision making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
