Ø Plans, directs, control, co-ordinates and participates in all communications activities. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOSM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contributes to the revenues of the hotel

Ø Maintain good communication with Regional Sales and Marketing personnel and implement corporate initiatives;
与区域市场销售部门保持良好的沟通并执行集团活动。
 
Ø Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
保持与媒体的联系,计划开展新闻发布会和其他相关的新闻发布活动。
 
Ø Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases
发展和组织相关的宣传活动,协调相关的部门,邀请重要客户和媒体参加并且准备新闻发布会的内容。
 
Ø Develops annual communications plan with specific goals and budget as outlined in the hotel’s strategic marketing plan and the group’s communication plan. Works closely with F&B department to map out promotional activities for the year.
根据酒店的战略销售计划制定年度媒体推广计划,目标明确,确定费用。和餐饮部紧密合作并制定年度餐饮推广活动。
 
Ø Advise GM and hotel senior management on communications to ensure that messages are clear, consistent and aligned with hotel’s business strategy
和酒店的经营策略相联合,清晰、一致地把媒体推广向总经理和酒店高级管理人员传达。
 
Ø Creates and organizes appropriate press activities in accordance with the annual communications plan
根据年度传媒计划创造和组织适当的媒体活动。
 
Ø Ensure online and hard-copy press kits are readily available and up-to-date.
确保在线资料和图本媒介资料是容易获得的、实时跟新的。
 
Ø Directs photography(except food shots) for editorial and advertising purposes in liaison with the DOSM and advertising agency.
为了编辑和广告而要进行的拍摄时,应负责联络市场销售总监和广告代理之间的信息,指导拍摄过程。
 
Ø Ensure all international and local creatives  are reviewed and approved by GM in a timely manner before advertising agency proceeds to artwork.

Ø Maintains budget control and oversees media placement schedules in feeder markets.

Ø Approves copy for all collateral pieces for consistency with the brand message.
批示酒店所有的宣传品,以确保符合品牌的规范标准。
