3.监督管理每日部门的正常运营,并确保品牌标准被有效的坚持和维护。
To supervise and manage the normal daily operation of the department, and ensure that the brand standards are effectively adhered to and maintained.
4.适时修改并维护前厅部的相关制度和规定。
To timely revise and maintain the relevant systems and regulations of the front office.
5.确保每日交班会议按时举行,部门和员工之间保持一贯的高水准服务,确保酒店年度客户满意度达到目标分数。
To ensure that daily shift meetings are held on time, the department and staff maintain a consistent high standard of service, and the hotel's annual customer satisfaction score is achieved.
6.确保培训记录得到及时更新,所有的培训计划被有效的实施,确保前厅部每位新员工培训,必要时刻对员工进行再培训。

7.批准并回复前厅部其他部门的工作进度表。
To approve and reply the work schedule of other departments in front office.
8.监督管理前厅部的销售计划。

9.管理顾客意见回复,并在需要时向前厅部经理提供建议。
To manage customer feedback and provide Suggestions to front office manager as needed.
10.整理和编辑由前厅部经理制定的每日工作报告,确保前厅部经理及时获悉部门发展动向。
To collate and edit daily work reports prepared by the front office manager to ensure that the front office manager is informed of the development trend of the department.
11.确保前厅部所有员工的福利待遇,组织部门员工参加员工满意度调查,并达到年度目标分数并确保本部门年度人员流失率控制在目标比例以内。
