岗位职责
Responsibility
1.组织全体保安员高质量地完成酒店的安全保卫工作,确保酒店人、财、物的绝对安全。
Organize all security staff to complete the security work of the hotel with high quality, and ensure the absolute safety of the hotel's people, money and things.
2.制定安全管理制度,消防预案,突发事件应急预案。
Formulate safety management system, fire prevention plan and emergency plan.
3.开展“防火、防盗、防破坏、防爆、防突发事件”的“五防”安全教育、法制教育。
Carry out "five prevention" safety education and legal education of "fire prevention, anti-theft, anti-damage, anti-explosion and anti-emergency".
4.发现消除安全隐患,指挥重大活动的现场安全工作。
Find and eliminate potential safety hazards, and conduct site safety work of major activities.
5.保障员工和宾客的生命安全,注重对酒店经营部位和要害部位的安全管理。
Ensure the life safety of employees and guests, and pay attention to the safety management of hotel management parts and key parts.

Position requirements
1.懂得有关安全保卫侦破消防等职务知识。
Familiar with security, detection, fire fighting and other professional knowledge.
2.接受过酒店保安培训,有一定的管理经验.
Have received hotel security training and certain management experience.
