Responsible for tables and buffet set ups负责餐桌和自助台的布置Ensure all linen, Chinaware, glassware, silverware are always clean, polished and free of wear and tear确保所有布草、瓷器、玻璃器皿、银器处于干净、光亮无磨损的状态Clear tables and buffets using trays and bus stations使用托盘和餐车清理餐桌和自助台Notify Banquet Service Manager should discrepancies arise在出现差异时及时通知宴会厅经理Notify management in the case of excessive alcohol consumption当有个别宾客过度饮酒时及时告知管理层Attend daily operation briefings to ensure smooth workflow by staying informed regarding assignedtasks and expected outcome参加每日例会熟知工作任务和预期结果以确保工作顺利开展Resolve guests’ complaints effectively in a professional manner以专业的态度有效解决宾客的投诉Food and beverage items are stored properly, according to hotel standards根据酒店标准正确存放餐饮设施Ensure safe handling, use and storage of all equipment by training staff on proper handling procedure. Report all breakage to the Chief Steward根据正确的处理流程培训员工以确保正确处理、使用和存储所有设备。任何破损都应立即通知管事经理Ensure all store rooms and linen rooms are in a neat and clean manner at all times.确保所有库房和布草间始终处于干净整洁的状态Control and monitor access to Audio Visual equipment to assure proper use, handling and storage. Report any broken or damaged equipment to the F&B Director.严格控制影音设备的使用权，保证器材始终得到正确和安全的使用、操作和存放。任何设备破损或损坏应立即通知餐饮总监。
