岗位职责
To be familiar with all Shangri-La’s hotel policies and procedures.
To be well-versed with the facilities and services offered by the hotel.
To Master all kinds of room rate (published rate, contract rate) and physical attributes, breakdown /configuration, benefits and amenities, …etc.
Establish personal sales goals and be responsible for a representative selection of key accounts for travel agent and government.
In conjunction with the DOSM, DOEM and Other department heads, maximize rooms inventory and catering space identify opportunities for focused sales programs.
Coordinate group room forecasts and prospects with the and reservations department so as to help hotel achieve maximum capacity room use.
Assess margin contribution of group business to maximize contribution from available public space.
Maintain close, frequent, open communication with the Director of Marketing and other Marketing department heads.
Maintain supportive, timely communication with Regional Sales Offices and other Shangri-La Hotel.
Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating department of hotel. To update operating department of the hotel ensure awareness of booking and sales programs.
Maintain timely and responsive communication with accounts and prospects.
Marketing Planning Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan.
Sales Administration Director and administer the sales programs of the hotel.

与区域销售办事处和其他香格里拉酒店保持及时的支持性沟通。
协调酒店销售部门和运营部门之间的沟通。更新酒店运营部门,确保了解预订和销售计划。
与客户和潜在客户保持及时、及时的沟通。
营销计划参与酒店营销计划的制定和执行。
销售行政主管并管理酒店的销售计划。
