岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 负责完成餐饮宴会销售目标和饭店的收入目标。
Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
- 通过与客户的沟通,并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
- 协助市场销售总监开发并制作销售计划,并准备预算。
Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
- 管理并协助宴会销售部,确保顺畅运作,及时有效的完成每日工作任务。
Manages and administers the Events and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
- 部门之间协调,确保为客人提供高水准服务,达到其预计希望。
Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 卓越的销售技巧,充分理解销售程序。
Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
- 能够很好的发展及执行销售战略。
Ability to develop and manage a budget to meet business objectives.
- 市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历,3 年及以上年服务业或酒店业市场营销和直接管理销售团队的工作经验,或其他同等学历与工作经验.
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and above 3 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 良好的英语和普通话的书写和交流能力。
Proficiency in written and spoken English with and Mandarin.
