岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 协助前厅部经理的各方面工作
Assists the Front Office Manager in all aspects of their duties
- 参与起草预算,负责部门的收益与亏损。
Involved inbudget preparations and responsible for Profit & Loss.
- 关注酒店客房可卖情况,团队用房、包价、促销行政楼层客房、提高日租用房收入及提高房间人数使用量,实现酒店可售客房平均收益最大化。
Maximize hotel revenue by controlling room inventory, group blocking, packages, upselling to Executive Floor Rooms, increasing the late charge policy and doubleoccupancy to maximize RevPar.
- 合理控制各分部的班次人力安排,既保证服务质量,同时也科学地控制人力成本。
Controlling of the duty roster for sub departments guaranteeing the quality as well asconsidering the highest personnel cost efficiency.
- 督导前厅部员工,以确保来宾被及时的礼貌接待并得到充分的注意和重视
Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
- 督导前厅部,特别是客户关系人员,以确保贵宾金环会会员、常客和其它贵宾得到特别关照和尊重
Monitor Front Office and particularly Guest Relations personnel, to ensure Golden Circle members, known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 拥有5年以上前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括管理经验。
More than 5 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience.
- 良好的英文口头表达和书面表达能力。
Facility English in written and verbal communication.
- 熟知酒店管理系统中前厅、客房和收益管理的操作。
Experience with PM Ssystem in Front Office, Housekeeping and Revenue Management would be anadvantage.
- 出色的沟通能力和人际关系技巧并时刻保持良好的专业形象。
Excellentcommunication and inter-personal skills with superb presentation and grooming.
- 出色的管理能力并能推行其管理理念。
Strong management skills and ability to instill those in others.
