Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
1. Daily troubleshooting, repair and maintain equipment, and ensure the cleaning and operation of all equipment in the area.
日常故障查找，修理并且保养设备,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和运转工作。
2. Supervise the construction of important maintenance and addition and modification projects, control the quality and progress, and timely reach the engineering director in case of special circumstances.
督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度，如有特殊情况及时上达至工程总监。
3. Supervise the construction of external contractors in the hotel to ensure the project quality.
监督外部承包商在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。
4. Be familiar with property safety, first aid, fire fighting and emergency procedures, and operate equipment safely and reasonably.
熟悉物业安全、急救和消防及应急程序，安全、合理地操作设备。
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
完成领导交办的其他工作。
