DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
职责和任务
1. Supervises and co-ordinates activities of all personnel assigned in the various bar outlets of the hotel. Responsible for wine and beverage promotions.

2. Conducts daily meetings and briefings to discuss various aspects of beverage service and preparation, guest complaints, etc.

3. Prepares daily assignments of bar personnel based on event orders and volume of business. Inspects service personnel as to their appearance and proper grooming.

4. Handles preparation of weekly beverage revenue forecasts and monitors same to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

5. Approves requisitions of all beverage outlets seeing to it that par stocks are maintained. Makes sure that adequate stock of beverage and other supplies are maintained in storerooms.

6. Attends to guests’ comments and problems, checks all log books and discusses items with the Assistant F & B Manager.

7. Constantly checks that beverage served to guests is in accordance with the standards set by the hotel as to quality and quantity.

8. Responsible in controlling beverage costs in all beverage outlets in close co-ordination with Cost Controller.

9. Conducts preliminary selection interviews of candidates for positions in his section taking into account standards of personnel quality of the hotel.
对应聘其部门的员工作初步的面试,看是否符合将来的岗位。10. Conducts orientation for new hires for his section, advising them in writing of the standards against which performance of their subordinates will be evaluated.
培训新到的员工,建议不符合酒店标准的行为要改正,以便对其下属的行为作出评估。
11. Initiates commendations and Misconduct Notices.
其员工好的行为要表扬,错误的行为要指出。
12. Appraises performance of subordinates and recommends appropriate action basing on results of rating.
评估其员工的表现,根据每个员工的职位不同进行表扬。
13. Identifies training needs of subordinates of personnel within his section.
其部门的员工是否需要进行培训。
14. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
其他的工作任务也必须出色完成。
JOB SPECIFICATION
工作要求
1. College graduate, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant or equivalent in experience
大中专学历,适合酒店主管工作或由相关经历。
2. At least 3 years’ experience in beverage service, at least 1 years’ in Supervisor capacity
至少3年吧台工作经验,至少1年主管工作经验。
3. Personable, with verbal facility and fine department
亲和力,说服力。
4. Good in public and human relations
良好的人际关系。
