1. This position is concerned with assisting Executive Chinese Chef to ensure and maintain a high quality for all Dim Sum items and being responsible for organizing and supervising in the production and presentation of Dim Sum Section.

2. To be responsible for the production of all Dim Sum items.

3. To supervise portion control and presentation of Dim Sum items.

4. To be responsible for smooth running of Dim Sum Section.
