2. 建立和保持与酒店的各部门有良好的工作关系,例如:前台,餐饮,财务和预定部门。
Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
3. 建立和保持与所有的地区客户和政府客户联系。
Establish and maintain regional accounts and all governmental accounts.
4. 与客户在活动或者酒店居住期间的之前,之后保持联系,确保有再次的商业来往。
Follow up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
5. 处理投诉,并提交给销售总监。
Handle complaints and pass to Assistant Director of Sales.
6. 在每个月的销售会议会议提交调查的失去商业合作的报告。
Research and present lost business reports at the Monthly Sales Meetings.
7. 保持熟悉并分析竞争酒店。
Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.
任职资格
1.大学学历以上(相关专业优先)
Minimum College Education (preferably in related industry)
2.至少有一年销售或类似职位的工作经验。
At least one year experience in similar position in sales Fluency in local language
3. 流利英语和汉语的写作和口语能力
Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
