工作职责：
1.On the day of arrival, ensure all special requests are followed up
确保所有当天的特殊要求的跟进
2.Ensure all information is prepared in advance for the guest
确保提前为客人准备好所有信息
3.Communicate Hotel product knowledge and philosophies to visitors andguests
与客人沟通酒店服务信息
4.Keep abreast with Hotel product knowledge, activities, banquets,function and special events motivating guests to utilise Hotel facilities andservices
随时了解酒店的产品知识，活动，宴会，功能和大事件，鼓励客人运用酒店的服务与设备
5. Responsible to handle all guest requests and to solve any guest complaints.Ensure all guests experiencing a problem receive an appropriate response, any promised compensation is delivered and all guest receive appropriate follow up in a timely and professional manner.
负责处理所有客人的需求和解决任何客人的投诉，确保所有顾客所反映的问题都得到满意的回复，并使客人对我们专业的态度及及时的弥补措施感到满意。
6. Ensure all guests indicating on their in room comment card that they wish to discuss their stay further or that they will not return to this property are contacted by phone or letter.
保留客人的客房入住建议纪录并保持与客人进行电话或信件上的联系以确认他们将来的行程是否会再次选择入住本酒店。
7. Be able to handle emergencies. Be trained in these procedures and be able to act upon them.
能够处理紧急事件。必须掌握处理紧急事件的程序的相关知识和有能力遵照以上知识在紧急情况发生时处置。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理专业优先
2.至少3－5年高星级酒店经验，其中至少1－2年需为奢华品牌的前厅/宾客关系主管或助理经理经验，且通常有国际联号背景
3.英语流利能应对多元文化宾客的复杂需求
