职位说明 Job Description：
1. 协助及执行空调、通风、制冷和制热设备及系统的操作及保养工作。
Assistance and performance to the operation and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation , refrigeration and heating equipment and system.
2. 协助解决空调、通风、制冷和制热设备及系统的有关问题。
Assistance to solve the problem about the air conditioning, ventilation , refrigeration and heating equipment and systems.
3. 制作设备的运行记录。
Making the operating records for equipment.
4. 如有紧急事故需立刻前往，例如火警、升降机故障和水管破裂等。
To go immediately if necessary , such as fire , lift faults and the water pipes bursting.
5. 给予本班组员工技术建议并确保他们的技艺达到要求的水平。
Give the technical advice to staff of the team and to ensure their skills meet the required standards.
